WhatsApp Status Archive: In the recent updates we have seen a lot of changes to WhatsApp and WhatsApp Business in the app UI and the features. A new feature called Status Archive is under beta testing for WhatsApp Business. This feature is currently available on WhatsApp business beta v2.23.10.4.

When the WhatsApp status expires after 24hr you will see a banner save status in the archive, and the archive status will be saved on your device for 30 days. This is done to promote your business more effectively, there are some businesses that use the same status again, and if it is saved in the archive there is no need to reupload it.

This status saved in the archive is only visible to you, not to anybody in your contact list until you reshare it. At this time the feature is under beta testing and only accessible to limited users. In the coming weeks, it will be available for everyone.
